Job Description:
Pavilion Integration is seeking a National Sales Manager to develop new biomedical and semiconductor front-end metrology OEM accounts for our industry-leading WhisperIT® line of CW diode laser modules and multi-laser engine solutions. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for key OEM account management.
Position responsibilities and qualifications:
- Take responsibility for developing new biomedical and semiconductor front-end metrology OEM accounts in North America; meet or exceed annual design win and quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets
- Identify and qualify new OEM customers, and develop and execute sales plans for penetrating these new accounts.
- Lead the execution of new product design-in and qualification for key OEM accounts including: developing customer product specifications, establishing and managing customer product qualification of new products, and managing the ramp-up of new product deliveries.
- Ability to work with multiple management levels in targeted OEMs to drive Pavilion Integration design wins.
- Provide a high level of customer support including fast response to customer inquiries, communication of delivery dates and follow-up of support issues
- Provide a 12-month rolling revenue forecast on monthly basis; competitive activity reports and lost order reports; updated sales plan on a quarterly basis
- Travel as required to OEM customers in North America as well as to trade shows and technical meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful technical product sales in biomedical and semiconductor front-end metrology OEM accounts.
- Minimum of 3 years industrial and commercial laser sales experience.
- Strong presentation, time management and teamwork skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated ability to establish long-term customer relationships.
- Passionate, self-motivated, persistent, results driven.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Science or Engineering; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred, an MBA is a plus.

Position: Senior Engineering Technician and Pilot Production Lead

Job Description:
Pavilion Integration is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician and Pilot Production Lead to help the company organize and lead small scale pilot production shipping, engineering quick prototyping build and testing. The position also requires preparation of new product BOMs and build instruction documents, small scale material planning, production planning, inventory management, and working as a lead technician on the production floor. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting product transfers to China.
Position responsibilities and qualifications:
- Work with engineers to build prototype units and demo units for customers
- Able to create BOM, WIP, and build instructions with engineering assistance
- Planning small scale product builds
- Managing material inventory to support small scale product build schedules
- Finished product final test sheet preparation and shipping
- Keep IQC data from suppliers and product shipping series number log file
- Assisting with product transfer to China manufacturing facility
- Hand in and able to supervise operator on optical components cleaning, mechanical parts assembly, electronic assemblies such as soldering SMT and thru-hole components.
- Optical parts income testing, laser module alignment and testing, laser burn-in testing
- Ability to work with a microscope and optical testing instruments (power meter, beam alignment, etc.)
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- AS degree in related field and 5+ year experience working in photonics industry.
- Basic computer skills and familiar with internet and web based tools.
- Fluent with MS Word and Excel. Knowing Quickbook would be a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese including reading and writing.
