PIC offers laser products over a wide wavelength range. The following graph shows the wavelength options and the maximum achievable output power in the free space and fiber coupled configurations.

free space laser Free-Space Lasers

These lasers are available with round and elliptical beams with a range of beam diameter options. The standard polarization direction is vertical, but other configurations are available as well. The model number is Wλλλ-pppFS. For example W488-40FS for a 40 mW, 488 nm free-space laser.


 

fiber-delivered lasers High Power Lasers

These lasers are available with elliptical beams with a range of beam diameter options.  The model number is Wλλλ-pppFS. For example, W375-150FS for a 150 mW, 375 nm free-space laser.


fiber-delivered lasers Green Lasers

Whisper IT Green Lasers are diode-pumped solid state (DPSS) laser systems.  The W532 laser utilize an ultra-compact and efficient design (<4W power consumption).  Green lasers available with round or elliptical beams. The model number is Wλλλ-pppFS. For example W532-20FS for a 20 mW, 532 nm free-space laser.


fiber-delivered lasers Fiber-Delivered Lasers

Our fiber-delivered lasers come standard with polarization maintaining fibers. Single-mode and multi-mode fibers are available upon request. We offer several options for the fiber termination:
- FC/APC connector – standard
- Collimator
- Collimator with beam shaping, power monitoring and feedback
- Remote head with beam shaping, power monitoring and feedback
The model number is Wλλλ-pppPM. Example W532-20PM for a
20 mW, 532 nm fiber-delivered laser.


WTB laser WSR Series

The WSR series offer superior stability and performance. These lasers are available with round and elliptical beams with a range of beam diameter options.  The model number is WSRλλλ-pppFS. For example WSR488-40FS for a 40 mW, 488 nm free-space laser.

 

CDRH CDRH Controller  
The CDRH controller is used to power Whisper IT lasers directly from an AC outlet. The CDRH controller comes with a key switch, a laser enable switch, a laser on delay, a laser emission light and an interlock. The power can be adjusted and the laser diode current and laser output power are available on displays. A trigger signal can be used to modulate the laser.
